This is not good...I love iced green tea. Please somebody tell me that

regular iced tea isn't harming my pitiful thyroid. I live in the sunny south

yea...i did this. and back in my 30s i used to take no-doz in the afternoon

so i could stay awake when i got home from work and take care of my child.

Ahhh a good glass of ice tea with a smidge of lemon (and natural sugar of

course!) ya just can't beat it! I just had 3 glasses of the stuff at the

Mexican Restaurant with my son a bit ago! It was the best tea I've had in a

long time!

I've seen the ads about green tea, but I think any of us who've got graves

disease have to steer clear of any type of stimulants. I remember when I first

started feeling laggish, buying Metabolife 356. Did anybody else try this

thinking it might help? I think mine made my problems worse. ughhh
