My poor arm is still bruised from the thyroid test, although it was long overdue, 18 months since the last one. I go through all the things in my head it could be, starting with under medicated, been taking ibuprofen for the headaches - prhaps thats it, try not to drink too much coffee in case its caffeine, I really drive myself mad. Probably not a good idea to take a low dose iron pill right? Many thanks SheilaF Quote

When I first got my Ferritin tested, I had been on 60 mg. iron for 6 weeks, and it was still only 19. Awful time. I am now on 325 mg. once a day. When I was trying to raise my iron, I was 325 mg. twice a day, and sometimes 3 times. Janie Quote
