Nutri-Meds has an OTC version of porcine thyroid. I have an idea, from what

they say about it, it's pretty much the same thing, but it has to be classified

as a supplement, or it will be taken off the market as such and will have to

qualify as a prescription drug. I do know some people who survived very well on

it for quite some time.

Over the counter natural help

Is there a site I can go to and find out about over the counter help

for hypo?

Thanks!

Hi Lynn. Here is one:

www.nutri-meds.com

It may not be as consistent and reliable as Armour, but it has saved

a few folks here who needed something until they could get a

prescription source!!

Thanks, just what I was looking for! I think if I get some relief

from an OTC, then my doctor will be more likely to help me out.
