Kathy,

I have been hit-or-miss on the board lately owing to a newborn at

home, but I wanted to post to wish you good luck at your son's

Starband fitting on Tuesday! Would you post when you have time, and

let us know how it went?

I also appreciate your posting the diagnosis-fitting timeframe; 2

months really isn't that long of a period of time by comparison to

other stories on the board, but it certainly is longer than many new

members might think! This is such an important consideration for

any parents out there trying repositioning, so that they don't wait

too long if repo progress stalls, before they get the ball rolling

on getting a band. It's so helpful to read about real-world

experiences about the timeline of trying to get a diagnosis, and

eventually into a band.

Please post photos of your banded boy when you can!

Take care,

Christie (Mom to Repo'd Remy)

Kathy,

I'm glad to hear the mold made it in one piece! Good luck at the

fitting. I am sure the hard part is behind you. Your son will amaze

you, these little guys are so adaptable. Let us know how everything

goes.

Kathy...I wanted to let you know that I'll be sending you good vibes

for the fitting tomorrow and since it's only downtown they don't have

far to go to reach you. Let me know how it goes. I can't wait to

hear. If you want to mail me directly or call me, feel free.
