It got very nsty and heated but I didn't back down I had folders I passed out with articles, my observations from when I was in class, and incidences that have happened as of late since the ed tech was removed. It wasn't until the very end that the special ed director finally gave in. So his IEP will state ed tech support full day with exclusion of lunch and recess (which are oddly times when he doesn't need the extra support).
