The area around the eye is all soft tissue and the band can move it

around. na had this issue - it looked like she was squinting

all the time when it was on. When you took it off it would go back

to normal quickly. Is this the case? Either way ask your ortho.

Could it just be an illusion or is the band on too tight? Have you

tried to take the band off and put it back on by just lightly

tapping the velcro shut, not pulling at it?

Hi there

I've had the same with my daughter- the side which is banded firmly

(the holding side) often leaves a squished looking eye. It goes away

again when the band is off though. To prevent really bad squishing,

I just loosen the velcro- but a little squishing is nothing to worry

about as long as there are no pressure marks when you take the band

off.
