bread crumb substitute

Hi Im new to this group. I have been enjoying reading your mails

and taking advantage of all the wonderful suggestions on the list.

I have only been on the SCD for 3 weeks and am madly scouring

cookbooks and the web for recipes to make this whole thing work for me.

I have been trying various substitutes in my cooking –

some with success and others not so successful. One thing I have not found much

luck with is substituting for flour in gravies and sauces as well as bread crumbs.

Any advice would be really appreciated.
