Hi Annie

Your plan sounds really good and you honestly have got the time to

take this steadily, find out more, get help for the tort and still

think about the helmet.

I'm afraid I don't know enough about tort to know whether it is

absolutely essential to get an X-ray to check for spinal probs

before starting exercises or whether it's a bit over-cautious-

perhaps one of the other members here would tell you if you post

this separately as a question. I was given them by my specialist Dr

Blecher, we did not have any X-rays (nor to rule out cranio as it

happens), but my daughter did not have a bad tilt.

You are doing the right thing, taking it step by step. Let's see

what the next doctor says- hopefully they will refer you or sent you

to a PT specialist.

Take care, let us know how it goes, and do come back with any

questions at any time. The roller-coaster feeling of worry will die

down as you take action and the future becomes clearer. Davy has a
