Can't see any reason why they would be illegal... but I would be careful

about adding supplements and things. They can throw your system into a

tizzy.

I'm with Marilyn on this. They don't appear to contain any illegals,

but there is no guarantee that your own body will tolerate them. So

start slowly if you decide to give them a try.

You know my struggles to take supplements.... My body has rejected

any kind of OTC digestive enzyme so far -- mostly immune responses,

but also severe nausea, stomach cramps, and a lot of burning in the

stomach with even the smallest dose. In other words, a bad reaction

almost immediately upon taking them.

I have heard prescription pancreatic enzymes are helpful for those of

us with SOD and pancreas issues, but haven't tried them yet as my

gastroenterologist doesn't consider that I need them.
