Can anyone tell me more about this article? It is totally

unreferenced; doesn't even have a date on it. It has probably gone

into archives by now and I can't find it. I need the name of the

paper that published the story and a date. Thanks,

Good luck on your hearing tomorrow! When you get a chance, please

post and let us know how it went!

I did see the file you mentioned. I searched and searched, and the

best I could come up with was a cached webpage with all of my

highlighted search terms! It's pretty ugly to look at, but it does

list more information, such as the Lawyers name and number, and

dates and such. I don't know if you'll be able to check it out

prior to going to your hearing, but for what it's worth, I'll post

the very long link here:

vA9AJ:www.statesattorney.org/aweb/preshmo1.htm+Illinois+Cook+County+C

ircuit+Court+filed+Devine+Blue+Cross & hl=en

I'll also add this link to the links/insurance/litigation file if

future members want to follow up on it. I wonder if there has been

any updated activity on it?

By the way, Ian Doris " Plagiocoach " , the plagio insurance coverage

lawyer probably has a bead on this info. You could probably try

phoning him if you have time in the morning for some info on this

case as well:

Best of luck with your presentation!
