i am sorry. i can honestly say we only had 1 experince where a family

almost tripped over their own feet staring at Jenna. Most were weird

questions. one asked if it was her Halloween costume. And we had several

people ask if she was a head banger.

Sorry you had to come across rude people.

Knocking the lady out sounds like a great idea - but I can't condone violence in front of children. You handled it very well. Sometimes I wonder if folks were "raised in barns".
