Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some simple recipes. Have a lot of the SCD cookbooks and

honestly they all

seem so complicated at times. What I really need is a few good sauces or spice

rubs to use on

chicken, beef, and fish. I'm basically only eating meat right now and broth.
