, I think that only gaining a

quarter of a pound after missing 3 TOPS meetings is pretty darn good!

Don't beat yourself up over it. You're doing fine. Look at all the

exercise that you've been getting lately compared to a couple of months

ago!!! As far as keeping a food chart... I know how hard it is to get

into the habit of doing it. I stopped keeping one this past summer,

but boy have I paid for it on the scales! I'm really having to force

myself to do it, which is silly because if I write in it throughout the

day it really doesn't take much time at all.

Enjoy the rodeo tonight... and I bet you'll be surprised by how many of

the Steve Band songs you know once they get started!
