Guest guest
didn't like being read to, either. And since I need books the way I need oxygen, this broke my heart. :-( He's come around, though. He likes stories at bedtime. Not much for being read to at other times in the day, but he loves his bedtime stories. Jacquie > > He is so not into books. Guest guest
> >They said he was the youngest child to ever try that at our pool. Kep also jumped off of the diving board at a young age. We are lucky in that my parents have a nice in-ground pool. Because of that, we also were worried about safety so wanted both of the kids to learn to swim early. Kep couldn't handle a " class " so I got him a personal trainer through the Y. He also receives swim instruction at school. Kep now swims like a fish, loves the water. BTW, swimming is good for kids with sensory problems because of the natural resistance in the water.
