Hi everyone!!! you all are sure busy here with all the posts - I

can't even keep up!! Today I deleted a lot but hope to get to read

them from the site itself. Welcome to all the new comers - this is a

great group!!!

Well now for the weigh in for me - 211 - I stayed the same which is

good b/c I didn't gain but I soo wanted to lose at least a pound this

week!!! I was doing really good earlier in the week with exercise

(monday, tuesday, wednesday) but my heel started to hurt real bad so

I took thursday off and then friday spent time with my oldest (she

doesn't get much 1 on1 with me) and then worked at McDs both saturday

and sunday..Boy did my heel hurt yesterday!! I tried a new heel cup

and it didn't do a darn thing!! So yesterday went to walmart and got

the normal gel insert cup I wear and not hurting so bad today!!!

Does it matter to wear walking shoes for jogging? or do I need to get

running shoes or cross trainers? Thanks for the answers for the

questions!!!

Hope everyone else is having good results with eating right and

exercising!! Tomorrow I'm going to do my walk away tapes so a least I

can get some exercise without hurting my heel more..I have to let it

ease up a bit before I do my walk/jog on the treadmill.
