Guest guest
I checked out the ingredients. Since you're supposed to take in the morning, I checked for iron & calcium that would interfere with Armour uptake. I saw neither, but that is unusual for a vitamin supplement. Did I over look something? Do any or you see anything else that would be a problem with the the Armour. I am interested in this also as I believe the liquid would be better absorbed than an pill. Guest guest
I'm looking at the container and you know what? I don't see Iron or calcium listed in it. As for the Iodine someone else mentioned, I don't use iodized salt at all we only use pure sea salt...so I'm thinking we are okay with the minor amount of Iodine that is in it? I will say that I've used this now for about 2 weeks and I just can't imagine not using it. I know my body has been depleted in many many vitamins so this is a godsend for me. If you order online from iherb they will add a b-complex with it that you take with the drink. It's also alot cheaper to order on line...like 15 dollars cheaper and that is with shipping. with kind regards, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom! May God guide and protect our troops! Guest guest
Hmmm. I don't see iron or calcium in it either. I understand the iron though--some folks just don't need extra iron. We'll just have to remember to add iron. I also don't see Iodine that someone mentioned earlier--am I missing it?? Unless someone points out something that concerns me, I am going to order it soon. I am impressed, and also like drinking my supplements. Janie > I checked out the ingredients.
