Breakfast: 1 fried egg using Pam , I slice WW toast

1cup 1% milk , black coffee. most days I have 1/3 cup oatmeal with SF

Lunch: 2 slices WW bread with salmon with light mayo sandwich. 1 dill

pickle, green salad water to drink

Dinner: 1 small chicken breast, with BBQ sauce done on the grill, No it is

not SF sauce. Green salad and 2 tablespoons sweet potatoe and 2 tablespoons

Stove Top dressing. Water to drink.

I think I did pretty well today. The crunch is about 4:30 PM and I have to

cook dinner and I am getting low. That is when I hit the cookie jar, or just

nibble on dinner as it is cooking because I am getting low. Today I was at

4.8 at 4:30 PM, then I need to cook dinner, so you can see my problem. How

do others handle this?
