I was just curious as to how long some babies, starting in this age frame and being a mild/moderate case, have worn their band. Thanks in advance for your information. We have had really good response to the helmet therapy. He may graduate early. He is suppose to have it on for 6 months, but it may be earlier. Good luck with your therapy! I have heard wonderful things on the Docband. Get those growth spurts !!!! Guest guest Posted July 13, 2004 Report Share Posted July 13, 2004 Hey Pam My daughter Abbey has moderate brachy and was banded at 9months with a STAR band, her orthotist thinks she'll at least wear it 3 months mayber 4, we are seeing good correction, especially on the wideness and the high crown points.
