Hi Pam,

Welcome to the group. My daughter Hannah received her second helmet

at 8mos and it fit her for 14 weeks. She was measured at 10mm at

the start of it, so that would be probably around the same severity

as your . The life of a DOCband is about 16 weeks, so you can

count on him being out of it then for sure. Hopefully he'll get

some good growth spurts and be done sooner! Which CT are you using?

Pam,

The average time in a band is 4.5 months. It really depends on how

your son grows. How is adjusting?

Hi Pam,

Welcome to the group. My dd was out of her band at 8 1/2 months so

I'm not much help. However, the pp sound right on target.

How is adjusting? Are you going to decorate? Which CT clinic

are you going too?

Doc 1 10/27 (4 1/2 months old) - 11/26

DOC 2 12/10 - 2/20 DOC GRAD!!

is adjusting rather well. It is very hot here... So, he is

sweating and we are staying confined to the house until he adjusts.

My mother-in-law is an artist and she painted it this weekend. Only

problem is that the alcohol seems to strip the sealer. But, we will

deal and do our best to keep it off of the art.

We travel four hours (one way) to go to the LA clinic.

What clinic did (I guess you probably still go for follow-ups) you go

to?

Thanks for the warm welcome,

Pam
