Guest guest
Becky, No I do not. My reason is that they do NOT bounce. That is why I did not mention them in my post. We have a Step and Play Piano for Jaden, it's an activity center that grows with him and allows him to play in it till he is walking. When he is walking, simply take the seat out and it's an activity center that he can still use for a few more years after. Good investment. Plus I play piano and I am hoping this will raise his interest so he will be willing to learn to play a few years down the road. I, however, am very very adamant on not letting him use it for usually more than 15 minutes at a time, and he never is in it more than twice a day if that. I always sit on the floor with him and let him play with his toys while he sits up to encourage his crawling skills, and I must say he is right on target for his age skills. He is not afraid to " dive " for toys while sitting up, and sometimes I will help him " dive " and try to teach him that he can start kneeling on hands and knees and hold him there in that position for a few seconds to get him used to the new position. Separately, I hold him so that he is standing on the floor, because it is different than when he is in the piano thing, and I want him to realize that he needs to be able to stand up w/o the support the piano gives him, and he also needs to use all of his feet, not just his tippy-toes to do this. He has always been able to bear weight on his legs since birth because I have been doing this with him for so very long. I hope this answers your question. ~Amy, mommy to Jaden 7 & 1/2 mo's MN, plagio/mild tort/mild scoliosis, started CranioCap 4/23/04, started Chiro 6/29/04 > > > Hi everyone, > > > I bought my son an EvenFlo Mega Exersaucer at 5 months and > it > > > has been the most wonderful toy investment I've ever made.
