REPORTING IN I am going to report in today as I am not sure I will be at work tomorrow and my internet is still down. I have exercised so far 200 minutes this week. I have been in contact with my group, I have drank 350 oz of water, and I kept my journal. Did I forget anything??? OH oH oH I lost 8 pounds at weigh in!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost 1.75 I contacted my team mates Drank my water exercise 165 minutes rode my bike 6 miles Yard work 1hour Made my 1 pound challenge ALRIGHT:):) Im just happy some weight took a hike this week!! I was really proud of my loss last night because I had prepared myself to be satisfied with a turtle!!! I had done good all week until Wednesday, then I had a "munchy" attack, so I figured I had undone all I had accomplished up to that point. However, I don't keep anything in the house that is too sinful - I just overdid on the things that I am allowed - - but as you know, too much of even the good stuff can do you in!! Maybe it was the increase in exercise that did it for me - - I'm doing 3 miles a day now, and it seems to be making a difference! Hang in there, and let's have another good week!! I just ate more of the "right stuff" than I usually eat, but guess it's not too easy to gain on extra yogurt & fruit! However, my husband keeps yummy trail mix that I got into - - - but since that is nuts and dried fruits, maybe it wasn't too bad either! At least I didn't have any candy or cake or pie or stuff like that!! But only because there wasn't any!
