Guest guest
My daughter is 3 and had received therapy for torticollis for past 2 years. The therapy seems to have corrected much of her stiff neck issues, however her skull remails misshaped. I did not know about Plagio until today when reading up on torticollis. She has a misaligned jaw and a slight bulge above her left ear. Is it too late for anything to correct this?
Guest guest
Hi and welcome to the group. Unfortunately the only way to correct plagio above the age of 2 is through surgery. How severe is her headshape? Is there any way you could post a picture? There is a group for parents of older children with plagio at: OlderPlag/ , mom to Hannah, DOCgrad 7/29 Cape Cod, Ma --- In Plagiocephaly , " Sloan " <brue_1@y...> wrote: > My daughter is 3 and had received therapy for torticollis for past 2 > years.
