The blame game!!!

Even if it was the orthotist not including the measurements, they

still should've called the ortho for the measurements prior to just

making the band and shipping it away.

Bottom line is it's not right & needs to be fixed. I hope they

figure out a solution for you guys asap. But honestly, please don't

let this scare you out of banding!! These bands, if made right &

fitted properly, are wonderful and do not affect the baby in any

way. Before bands, they had to do surgery to correct this, so these

bands are really wonderful so long as they're fitting right.

So hang in there. Things will work out, it's unfortunate you're

having such a rough start, but really, it WILL get better
