There is an application for both a handheld and pc.

You can keep track of your bg readings, meds, what you

eat, and exercise. It has a comprehensive food

database that breaks it down to calories, carbs, fat,

protein and fiber content. I find it very helpful and

writing what I eat down makes me very conscious of

what I'm actually putting in my body and makes you

think twice. You can download a trial version to

" test drive " it, which I did before I bought it. It

can be found at www.diabetespilot.com

I've been using the PDA program for about 4 months. I really like it since it

is very easy to keep track of my BGs, meds, etc. I've only been using the

desktop program for a little while. It does take the info and put it into nice

graphs for printing. The only problem I have is trying to export into a

readable file.

found it on a websearch (company and software names make it soooo easy! =)

http://www.animascorp.com/products/pr_ezmanager.shtml

they have a 30 day trial version. Think I'll give it a go and compare it to

Diabetes Pilot.

OH! Purchase price is $99.99, or $69.99 for existing customers...

Thankyou Vera, like I just said to , I think we want a software program

that we can keep all of our medical records on including bg readings and

even bp records as well as history etc. Any suggestions on that? Thanks.
