Guest guest
I've not been feeling well the last couple of days. I'm depressed and anti-social. My basal temp (97.0), BP (125/70) and pulse rate (60) were all down this am. I think I'm doing that Hashi thing where you swing from hyper to hypo. But if I am, then when I swing towards hyper, I never get there, just go almost to normal then swing back down to hypo. My question is, for those of you with Hashi experience, when you swing back and forth, does each swing normally last a few hours, days or weeks? Does is vary? If so, does it vary a lot or a little? I am not very good at listening to my body. I know that is what we have to do, but I never have. I've always worked so hard and put others before me, ignoring anything my body might have been telling me. Maybe I was also in denial, not wanting to think anything could be wrong with me..... that only happend to other people. I am trying to learn to pay attention to me, but it is difficult. Anyway, I'd appreciate any input on the Hashi questions. Blessings, Debbie K. PS: I just noticed my subject line ..... sounds kinda like a dance doesn't it? hehehehe
