Also, is there a particular brand I should look for? " Stir the oil in. Otherwise, the bottom will be the consistency of cement. Stir it until the whole jar is the same consistency, then put it in the fridge and it will stay mixed together. As for a brand. Look for one that is just ground nuts or just ground nuts and salt.
