Guest guest
Hi Jill, It is pretty standard treatment to rule out Cranio before treatment begins, or so I thought..... You might want to ask the doctor about that if she hasn't mentioned it yet. Perhaps she could just tell by looking at your son?. I am sure CT would let you know if you should have a follow up with the doctor (if they suspected cranio). Ask them about that tomorrow. I wish I could be of more help. Please let me know how it goes tomorrow. > Hi there! > We have an appt for our 5 1/2 mo old son, , to be evaluated at > Cranial Tech tomorrow morning. Guest guest
Hi Jill, My son was never X rayed or anything else. He had very typical/traditional plagio and I did not want to expose him to any additional procedures/xrays/etc if not absolutely needed. That being said, if you think he needs one, by all means call your doc back and ask if it could be arranged. Good luck! - mom to Aidan GR Mi > Hi there! > We have an appt for our 5 1/2 mo old son, , to be evaluated at > Cranial Tech tomorrow morning. Guest guest
I would ask your pediatrician to order a skull series just in case.
