Hi ,

I have Companion (which is owned by BCBS of SC). My company is self

insured and our contract says it's covered (it took over 3 months to

get this info though). Why do they not want to insure? Contract

exclusion? medical necessity? cosmetic? My appeal is in the

insurance section in a folder called contract exclusion. We were

initially denied based on contract exclusion so I fought them from

all angles. It turns out Companion was working from an old

contract. Feel free to email me offline (I check it more often).

BTW - where is Easley? I'm assuming it's in the western half of the
