I notice that you haven't started vitamin B-6. A better form of B6 available in USA is P5P. And this has to be accompanied with magnesium such as magnesium citrate. You have to build up on B6 and magnesium slowly going up until his agitation is controlled. Also start a total B complex. There are instances where patients could not be calmed down in a mental hospital set up by psychiatric drugs and were finally calmed down when B6 and magnesium was started. I also notice you are doing to heal his gut. What about probiotics and prebiotics. Also just being lactose free will not do. Lactose is carbo'.
