Dannette: Hi! Yeah your right I did take that the wrong way, thanks for clearing this up for me. But it still sucks that you didn't get your pain meds, because you tested positive for marijuana. So what if we have alittle something to kill the pain, sometimes pain meds take some of the pain away and the other takes your mind off the PAIN, at least this is what it does for me. I agree with you on all of this, I had 5 drug tests at my work when I came back off of a medical leave. Yes, it should be workman's Comp leave but I too have been FIGHTING my claim for over 7 1/2 years, and he is another one for you. I got a call from my attorney yesterday that Workman's Comp is trying to have it continued again, now give me a break they can't get there heads out of the A$$, to get on with this. I am tired of waiting for my trial to go on. I don't know how many times I have prepared for trial and they end up continuing the case one week prior to trial, why can't the JUDGE do something about

companies like this? I just don't understand, oh by the way, I had to go to the hospital one time, and they tried to do a drug test on me. I told them, I have already been through all of this with my company. I got wind from a friend of mine, that I too have tested POSITIVE and they had to throw this out of my case. Because they had to have permission from the Company to do it. I fight this one and I WON, they had to throw out that test. Thank god, it's no ones business what we do on our own time. Especially the companies business that I smoke to kill the pain, They have already screwed me up good for life!!!! I don't and can't live with this horrible burning pain without something to take it my mind off of it. So go ahead and relieve alittle pain, I don't blame you one bit. Thanks for replying to me. I didn't mean that I LOST my work comp case what I mean is the doctor they sent me to would NOT give me my prescriptions because of the positive testing. And your right this really sucks. Work comp still hasn't picked up a dime for me now going on 3 yrs other then that "stunt" as i so call it in physical therapy.

And my feelings are this....I didn't get drug tested at my job why should I be now? I just don't get it anyway we try to handle our lives they always put us 10 steps back u know?Well thanks for writing.
