Guest guest
I have one of those monitors. I love it! Brad had borderline sleep apnea as a young infant which worried me to no end. I didn't get any sleep until I got that monitor. It only works as long as the baby stays on the sensor pad, which is pretty small. As soon as they start rolling they can roll off the pad and the alarm sounds. Luckily Brad isn't much of a mover and a shaker when he sleeps, so I still use it. Brad hated sleeping on his tummy, so it didn't work in that regard. But I still think it is the best baby product ever invented! -, mom to 8 month old Brad, DOC 2/26/04 Chicago
Guest guest
Hi ! Christie (Remy's mom) has asked me the name of this product so she can post the info in the repositioning link. Can you provide? Thanks, Janice > I have one of those monitors. I love it! Brad had borderline sleep apnea as > a young infant which worried me to no end. Guest guest
The name of the monitor is BebeSounds AngelCare Movement Sensor with Sound Monitor. The link Christie posted is right! The sensor pad goes under the crib mattress. It is VERY sensitive and detects the slightest movement. Like I mentioned before, the only down side is that the sensor pad is quite small and once a baby rolls around they can roll off the pad and the alarm will sound, scaring you both half to death. But I still couldn't live without it! -, mom to 8 month old Brad, DOC 2/26/04 Chicago
Guest guest
, Thank you for the confirmation - I'm going to post the link in the repo section now... I read rave reviews on this product, and did see where the only drawback noted was exactly what you described. I wonder if they'll ever make a bigger pad?
