Guest guest Posted October 21, 2003 Report Share Posted October 21, 2003 Felice, Since I've gone thru about 400 emails, and I'm guessing that at least 250 of them has been from this group alone, and not a single email has answered the last question you asked to begin with! Which, was, "what should I write to Dr. , since the problem has been taken care of already?" Ok....now, I don't know if you've already talked to him on the phone or not.......BUT, if you write to him, here is something like what I would write: "I would like to inform you of a problem I have been having with your office and nursing staff (and put the dates and possibly the time frames that you called right here). I called while I was weaning off Neurontin, to be switched onto Topamax, as you had instructed me to, and had a very severe problem due to this. When I called, the Nurses would not let me speak to you, and at times, although I kept trying to tell them that it was an urgent problem, they kept getting more and more Ruder to me. I know that you are very busy, but, being a patient of yours for the past 3 years, I would appreciate some respect from your Nurses when I call and say that it is very Urgent that I speak to you." From there on, you can tell him whether or not you are planning on finding another doctor because of this problem or what ever else you need. I really hope that this helps you out some.....I would hate to see you have to start searching for a new doctor just because of some ignorant b*tchy nurses that are trying for the trophy that is given away every month when the boss asks who's on their period the worst! I have actually asked a nurse that before...a W/C nurse that worked in the W/C office! lol...she was rude with me when she called and I asked her if she got the Trophy that month....she asked me what did I mean? I asked her again if she won the trophy....because as b*tchy as she was on the phone, she must of been ragging! lmao...didn't take her long to hang up either!! man, those were the days before I knew what *ssholes W/C really was...or what JERKS Lawyers were either! wish I could go back to those days again!!! Hang in there Felice.....If I can handle the torture of W/C, Lawyers, 3 kids and Gene, plus a worthless set of Nephews and an unwanted worthless sister in law all at the same time.....you can handle anything!!!!! (oh, add the headache and a major bodyache that feels like KingKong stepped on me...)
