Guest guest
, I have to stick w/ my first post and say that it's still crooked after the adjustment, like they made it a bit clockwise. That right sideburn is too close to his ear and there is too much of a gap behind the ear. As for the left side burn, it's the opposite. Yup, complain. I did understand when you posted back how it fits better after you get it centered, but if these are pics w/ the helmet being centered, then you need to complain and/or recast. If you look at my first post to you it'll refresh your memory about how I thought the fit was. Again, the same thing happened w/ my son Jaden's helmet, and yet they never recasted. I bellered and hollered and complained, but nonetheless he DID end up w/ a nice round noggin' which is still possible for your Jaxon; but STILL, they should have made it right the first time. I'm just being honest. ~Amy, mommy to Jaden 8 mo's MN, plagio/mild tort/mild scoliosis, started CranioCap 4/23/04, started Chiro 6/29/04 --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <travisdgumm@y...> wrote: > Hey all here are some pictues of Jaxon after his " adjustment " let me > know if you think it looks better now. > > Thaks a lot >
Guest guest
Hi ! Oh yes it looks a lot better. However, the right sideburn still looks a little too close in front. It wasn't cut correctly in the first place but I do not know if that opening behind his ear is too large or not to still be useful in holding the band on well. Does it shift alot? Thank goodness he can see better now! When I get a chance I'll post right and left views of Colin with his Starband on so you can see his ear cutouts. Sue Colin F. 10 mos. Guest guest
, Definately looks like it's sitting much better on his little noggin. What a cutie and a proud papa too. Thanks for sharing your pics. Are you having a better time going in public? We went out to the mall last night and my approach to it is I only have eyes for my baby! I don't care who else is looking at him. Although I can't imagine people not checking out Jaxon, helmet or not he is adorable!!! & Aidan in CT --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <travisdgumm@y...> wrote: > Hey all here are some pictues of Jaxon after his " adjustment " let me > know if you think it looks better now. > > Thaks a lot >
Guest guest
Hi The band looks MUCH better than before, but like everyone else I'm telling you that the ears are OFF. The right touches the band in the front and too much space in the back, and the left is the exact oposite. If I were you, I would tell them to recast and make a new band. My experience on the board has shown me, that once a fit is off, it stayes off.
