Guest guest
Hi Debbie & everyone! Debbie, so chuffed you gettin on well with the pig. I was only on 75mcgs of thyroxine (hell!) & I'm now working up to 4 grains of Armour. Yippee. Feel really weird though with my first increment; short term memory loss & surreal feelings, I know it will pass. I also get mucho flatulence, it is one thing that hasn't improved with the pig! I did a food intolerance test recently though & it came up I was intolerant to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, garlic. So, I'm forced to do a low carb diet & my digestion is a much happier place. I eat rice & quinnoa now instead & am thinking of starting to eat meat again... Great news about your hair, let us know how you get on with that. Mine was very dry & brittle, but it's much softer again now how it used to be. My nails are good too except they have white spots in them - do you know what this is? Also, my toe nails used to be quite yellow (lovely!) and now they're looking pink & healthier again. Another recommendation of mine is to eat oats, they're meant to be really good for your cholestrol, kind to your tummy, & good for the old libido. My skin is still spotty though, I live in hope!! Glad to hear you're on the up. Fee x

And his hometown isn't that great either. Pretty much everyone I've spoken to have said it's dark and dreary and a dump. Don't care Louise > > > Fee, > > > Never heard that word " chuffed " .
