Fee,

Never heard that word " chuffed " . Is it a coloquial term. I'm

assumming it means your glad. It's similar to " chaffed " so until I read

the last half of the sentence, I thought you were about to complain ....

heheheh ;-).

Those allergies (mine are nasal) can be a pill to deal with. I

never had any allergies until in my 30's and they were getting worse.

My dh has always had them so I told him that he bave them to me. ;-).

I'm hoping they will go away when my Armour is adjusted. We'll see.

I don't know about the white spots, but I have read their cause

somewhere. And, hehe, don't tell dh about the oats. We've been eating

oatmeal for breakfast since mid Jan, but I want him to think it's the

Armour ... hehehe.

Blessings,

Debbie K.

I've heard the white spots on your fingernails is from a zinc deficiency, which

I believe I also read can affect the thyroid.

My nails are good too except they have white spots in

them - do you know what this is?

Also, my toe nails used to be quite yellow (lovely!) and now they're

looking pink & healthier again.

White spots in your nails is a vitamin deficiency, but I don't remember

doesn't that stuff make a man more manly? LOL

Re: Debbie - increasing & other chit-chat

Uhm I know he loves black pudding. Its dried pig's blood and fat in a

sausage shape and it just looks nasty!!!!!

And his hometown isn't that great either. Pretty much everyone I've

spoken to have said it's dark and dreary and a dump.

Don't care :)
