Guest guest
Just wanted to say thanks to those who replied to my venting post! We were having a couple of harder than usual days. He seems to have mellowed out a bit. He has been having nightime accidents every night the past few night, his last BM was pretty soft and snaky, he has that on again, off again spotty rash on his chin, and his eyes are quite puffy. I'm thinking maybe another round of die-off? You knows?!? LOL I'll keep plugging along. Chrystee Sam SCD 8 weeks

I'm thinking maybe another round of die-off? Yep, DO keep plugging. It DOES sound like another round of die off to me. We have definitely had recurring rounds like that. Lucky for me, Adam's bad behavior is very subtle - usually amounts to grumpiness, and the " mean voice " (mean tone). But the bedwetting, stools, eye circles do happen here. USUALLY I end up associating them with die off (but can only tell when its over when things get better than even before!) Another mom has mentioned a kind of rash that seems to preceed bursts of improvement. DO let us know what you see in a week or two! More experiences can only help. -- Sue, mom to Adam and

They seem to come and go. I am using claritin so it has to be the die off? Is this pretty common at first?
