Yes dummy me I upped by 1 grain and the third day got sick, ..I know that

upping by one grain 60mg is a no no.....I shouldn't have done that. For all I

know I had a case of stomach flu....since my heart wasn't racing my temp was

97.6 (mercury reading) and my last dose was about 12 hours previous to my

sickness. Just thought I would throw my symptoms into the mix. Just to err on

the

side of caution I'm back to my reg. dose and will up very slowly, like you

said Janie, next time .

60 mg is a grain. You upped it by that much?

Hi Loriann. Sorry to hear about your bad situation yesterday!! Bet

you are glad that has passed!!

I've never heard of symptoms like that for an overdose. And your

temp did not point to an overdose. But you never know.

I think you can understand why I, and others here, recommend that

folks go up more slowly.

You take it easy. And I'm hoping that as you raise your Armour more

slowly, you'll get excellent results!! Your temp shows you need

improvement still. Keep us informed.

Maybe I should ask our mutual friend if I am weird? ROTFLMAO

You know, that could mean that you weren't truly hyper from meds.

You may have had another issue, such a the low Ferritin, which

precipitated hyper-like symptoms, yet you were still hypo.

Or......you are weird. :o)
