Yes, it is a new food and it's a good idea to hold off on other new foods,

until you are sure of a reaction positive or negative (you may see more

die-off etc.)

I agree. That's what happened in my family and many report this also. (Not

the phenol foods, specifically, but just food in general. Once i started

yogurt my healing process speeded up dramatically.

That sounds okay as long as there is no obvious bad reaction. If you are

unsure if it is a good or bad reaction just leave a day in between without

yogurt to be sure.

2 cups/day for a child, 3 cups a day for an adult. So somewhere in there

depending on weight and age.
