Hi, I came across frog legs in an oriental store. Are they SCD

legal? Any bad things I need to know about them before giving to my

child? Does anyone know how to cook it (recipe)??

My son is sick of beef, turkey, and chicken all the time. Now beef

is not that safe, I am thinking of removing it from his list of meat

variety.

thanks,

We were able to buy 1/2 of a cow from a lady in our church who raises 3 a year

with great care. No hormones too!

You may want to check into doing something like that . You can go for as

little as 1/4 cow which really isn't as much as it sounds, especially if you

want the meat lean. If you find someone else you could share that 1/4 between 2

people.

The meat is already wrapped in plastic then freezer paper and labeled and

flash frozen. All you do is stick it in your freezer.

Frog legs are SCD legal. I once ate them and they are delicious! You

might look for recipes in French or Chinese cookbooks. Or you can

simply fry them. You could substitute them in your fish or poultry

recipes.
