Guest guest
what i would do for art like that! yee haw! i wish i could send your boys a picture i took of a scene my boys made years ago. it's all of the dinosaurs- or many of them- eating pizza. of course it came with an explanation that it was a new experience for carnivores to dine with herbivores and all together eating pizza nonetheless. mary lynn
Guest guest
Please everyone, keep up with the reports. I read in awe of the awesome changes that happen with this diet. It sustains the great need for hope of recovery that keeps me going. Every day seems filled with wonder as I watch my own son stop stimming, carrying on argumentative conversations and yes, SING !!!!. I've went to many school programs in the past to watch my son quietly stand still among his classmates. With first GF/CF and now starting SCD, each day brings some new indication that recovery is not only possible but progressing daily. I'm still anticipating drawing . . . . the drawings were wonderful !! 5yr - GFCF - 3M SCD - 4th Day >>> ecmmbm@... 03/14/04 09:04PM >>> Can I send a link to the group? I'll try, anyway, see if it works. I'm sort of in a funk over all the salicylate, PST issues, but I can't help but post the good news. SCD has helped Luke behaviorally and DEFINITELY gut-wise (BM's, pain, etc) but the concentration and fine motor control have really blown me away, in just a couple of months... it's amazing what the gut can do to the brain. So, check it out!!! I wish I had a comparison picture to show... just imagine scribble, how about that? ;.) (feel free to click on the other pages and check out our family, toads and all) ;.) http://build.ivillage.com/trellix/sitebuilder/f_edit_page.html Oh, and I forgot to tell you all that - my 3 year old nt son - his preschool teacher told me the other day that this diet has " done wonders for him " and that " he's a different child " ... I said, " ???????? " She said YES!! He was never a problem but he's more focused and can sit still longer and more easy going. Holy cow! So encouraging! in NC, USA mom to Luke, 5, Asperger's/low-salicylate; , 3, healthy;,19mos,healthy; SCD going since 1/26/
