Guest guest
Hello all, Just wondering which enzymes I need to start with, My daughter has never really had any diahhrea and there is no undigested food in her stool that I can see. That being said he is what I do see..... -always hungry! (even after she eats she often asks me to fix her a meal.) -craves sugar and starches.(I have cut back on this a lot and I am currently reading breaking the vicous cycle) -poor short attention span(can't remember things that just happened a moment ago) -dark circles under eyes and pale skin(even though she is half hispanic!) -mood swings -poor self esteem(even though she is a great kid and gets A's and B's in school she is always looking at what she can't do yet) -hyper at times bouncing all over, distracted -has poor awareness of what's going on around her. ok that's just a few, What do you think? can anyone point me in the right direction? also, where does everyone by there enzymes from? thanks, sandy

Guest guest
Just wondering which enzymes I need to start with: I would read this site: www.enzymestuff.com I use all the Houston enzymes which are now SCD legal. You can read about these at: www.houstoni.com They have helped my son a lot. Dan, 3.3 yrs., close to SCD since 2/1/
Guest guest
Hi Sandy, Why not try the diet without enzymes first to see if that is sufficient many find the diet enough. You can always add in enzymes later if you need extra help. My daughter had the dark circles you describe and they went away shortly after starting the diet.
