Guest guest
I am having trouble keeping them crunchy after they bake and do not have a dehydrator (yet). How do you store them to keep them crunchy for a couple days? > > to make meringues crunchier and drier, bake them according to the > recipe. Mine stay crunchy that way for quite awhile (over a week). Another way to get them crunchy in teh FIRST place is to leave them in the oven for sevearl hours after you turn the oven off. They may come outa bit more browned this way, but it works.. -- Sue, mom to Adam and
