Aw Kim!

I hope things get easier & Ethan gets happier! Some babies take a

bit longer to adjust than others. Keep us posted & post some

pics :) GOOD LUCK!

Kim,

My now 8 month old son, Christian, got his Starband when he was 6.5

months old. The first week was a little rough, but he is doing GREAT

now. The first night that he had to sleep with it did NOT go well,

but we worked on different sleeping positions with him until he found

one he liked (which happened to be on his tummy!) and he nows sleeps

like a trooper. I can tell you that the first week or so were a

tough transition for all of us here, but now it seems like that

darned helmet has been a part of our life forever.

Kim,

I know that initial fit must have been a sight! I'm relieved that

the few adjustments the orthotist made were a big improvement. It's

not uncommon in the first week or so to need several adjustments, so

contact your orthotist if you have any fit concerns over the next

few days! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that settles in

with the band wear!

Take care,
