Thanks , this will happen after years of doing the lifestyle.

It doesn't mean I don't get frustrated sometimes and I still don't

have all the answers. That's why I still turn to you folks because

every day I read something I didn't know and can apply it to my own

lifestyle. As I told Bridgette it's mostly a credibility issue since

I haven't posted anything in over a year I didn't want people to

think I had gained 1,000 pounds or something, lol. Thanks again.

Thanks, ! I gave the pics to the DOC Band folks last month.

They laughed when they saw them. Cranial Tech has hundreds of

submissions and only twelve months, but I think he has a chance. I

think I've seen Aidan's pics but I'm going to go have another peek.
