Guest guest
Hi Alison, I was just curious what cranial osteopathy is? What does it involve. I have never heard the term used before. Thanks, Sara & Starband

Guest guest
Um well, this probably won't be the best explanation but essentially it is trying to realign the bones in the skull by very gentle pressure, particularly on the membrane areas. The idea is that you release the 'blocks' and that allows the body to re-align and heal itself. I know plenty of adults who have osteopathy to help with back problems and it seems to help a lot - just not sure what the cranial version is achieving with this condition. Cheers Alison > Hi Alison, > I was just curious what cranial osteopathy is? What does it involve.
