Guest guest
Mr Ritts suggests using the waffle/pancake mix batter for dipping veggies and cooking like tempura, also for onion rings. Seems it should also work for corndogs. Might want to give it a try. ita
Guest guest
Gluten free pantry makes “yankee cornbread” mix……I think that’s your best bet Corn Dog Batter We are going to a New Years Eve party tommorrow night where we will be doing fondue for the food. My neighbor is trying really hard to make it be all gluten-free and trying to eliminate cross- contamination. One of the things she likes to do is dip hotdog pieces in corndog batter and fry little corndogs. Does anyone have a gluten-free version of this? I'm thinking rice flour, corn meal and some kind of liquid, but in what quantities????
