Guest guest
Isn't there a pancake recipe that just has banannas and eggs? Or does it have baking soda too? It used to be on pecanbread but it dosen't seem to be there anymore. While we are on the topic, if anyone has any bakery recipes that include NO nut butter or flour, I would love to see them. I made meringues successfully using my dehydrater but I would love a muffin recipe that has no nut flour or nut butter, poor misses his muffins. Thank you! Alice mom to , SCD since July but back on the intro/stage one, eating chicken, pork chops, eggs, meringues, occassional SCD marshmallows, pear sauce, one bananna, and white grape juice diluted X4. Guest guest
Alice, I'll check on the banana pancake recipe. It should still be there. As for a muffin with no nuts, have you tried the chicken muffin recipe? Jody mom to -5 and -7 SCD 13 months
