Guest guest
Hi Marjan and Sheila. Just wanted to thank you for giving me advice on the goat yogurt, and reactions to look for. I started today giving both of my boys 1/4 teaspoon of the yogurt in their banana for breakfast. So far, so good. I noticed that my oldest son felt warm and appeared flushed before his nap. But, he went to sleep at nap time fine. Do you think some die off could be happening?

Guest guest
> It sounds like die-off. Does he have any bloating etc.? Hi, Sheila: My son doesn't have any bloating, but he had three bowel movements today, and the last was a bit soft, but not runny. He doesn't always have so many BMs, but he has also been eating quite a bit of pecan bread. He also had a bit of irritation on his behind, probably from so much poop! His behavior is typical (normal meltdowns, nothing unusual), and he seems more focused and " there " . I've read that if there is good with the " bad " that it means you should continue. So, unless anything out of the ordinary occurs, I will continue. What do you think?
Guest guest
Hi , It doesn't sound like anything out of the ordinary and that three bowel movements/ day isn't completely uncommon. You should probably skip a day or two and then try again with the 1/4 teaspoon of yogurt to make sure he doesn't have a delayed reaction. Please keep us updated.
