Arimidex is what you are talking about. There can be side effects,

mine have been hot flashes, aches and pains, depression, crying

spells and loss of bone mass creating easy fractures. I think if you

can push through it for a few months, either Tamoxifen or Arimidex

side effects lesson. Though the possibility of uterine cancer with

Tamoxifen, or Osteoporosis with Arimidex increases with time.

Georgia

Concerning Vitamin D, you can easily overdose on it. I bought a

supplement, took the suggested amount for each day and started

feeling funny from it. Then I checked. You only need 400 units a

day and the 2 cups of skim milk I drink daily supply 200 (half my

minimum daily requirement). So the 400 more I was taking was an OD!

It is also better to get it from natural foods and sunshine, so I,

for one, threw the stuff out. Please do what you think best for you.

As far as calcium 1 cup of skim milk supplies 30% of the minimum

daily requirement. As far as overdosing, I don't know if you can.
