Tris--I felt the same way regarding the difference in the bands. I also had a lot of trouble opening our Star. I was amazed at how much lighter the DOC was. I am so glad you got your full refund on the Starband. Yay!!! I love the people at Miami CT. I am thrilled that you are going there!
